Quick update, now that my computer’s finally working (or my back-up computer is, anyway!). I’m doing all right, moving in the right direction. I didn’t use all of my extra points last week, nor did I use all my activity points when I did earn them. I worked out three times last week, which is better than I had been doing, but no where near to the level I once was at. I’d like to increase working out to five days a week. This may not be the week to do that, though, since I leave for vacation late this week. I did, however, go to Zumba AND Body Pump yesterday, so I’m proud of that!
Once again I plan to not use all my WW extra points this week, and, with any luck, I’ll be down at least one more pound by this Friday. Here’s to a great week!!
