Yeah, I weighed in Friday, I just didn’t have time to post! So I weighed in again this morning, and luckily, I am still at the same point (aka, I didn’t gain over the weekend!).
Last weigh-in: 254.5
Back down that one pound again! Yay!
I leave tomorrow for a week-long work trip, so I won’t be posting much (if at all). I don’t want to make any promises about my eating habits while I’m away. But I will say this: I’m going to try harder than ever before while on the road. It’s so easy for me to pick up a bag of peanut butter M&Ms or eat lots of fast food. This time, I really I want to make a conscious effort to eat more healthfully. And drinks LOTS of water.
So that’s my goal for the week! Just to do the absolute best I can. Hopefully when I return next week, I’ll have maintained this weight. That would be lovely! And I’ll be eager to get back to working out when I return, too. I’ll need that stress relief.
