Yeah, I weighed in Friday, I just didn’t have time to post! So I weighed in again this morning, and luckily, I am still at the same point (aka, I didn’t gain over the weekend!).

Back down that one pound again! Yay!
I leave tomorrow for a week-long work trip, so I won’t be posting much (if at all). I don’t want to make any promises about my eating habits while I’m away. But I will say this: I’m going to try harder than ever before while on the road. It’s so easy for me to pick up a bag of peanut butter M&Ms or eat lots of fast food. This time, I really I want to make a conscious effort to eat more healthfully. And drinks LOTS of water.
So that’s my goal for the week! Just to do the absolute best I can. Hopefully when I return next week, I’ll have maintained this weight. That would be lovely! And I’ll be eager to get back to working out when I return, too. I’ll need that stress relief.

Maintaining is a good goal too and planning to drink plenty of water. If you focus on those you may see other healthful behaviors follow. One thing I recently read on another blog is, “there will be sweets tomorrow too.” Maybe think about the candy and fast food that way. Whether traveling or at home they will always be around so no need to feel like all or nothing when on the road. Will check twitter, I am @lose2maintain.
