Welcome to November! This month I am participating in a blogger challenge for members of See Jane Write — we are tasked to blog every day. In other words, we’re going to #bloglikecrazy! Last year I took on this challenge, and I succeeded, posting every.single.day. I’m hoping to do it again this year!
For those who have been reading my blog for a while, you may remember that last year I started challenging myself to walk or run a certain number of miles each month. I was inspired by two friends who challenged themselves to walk an inspiring distance during June 2014, and so that July, I started pushing myself to do the same.
Well, I stopped doing that earlier this year, and because I’m itching to get my workouts back on track on a regular basis, I’ve decided to give myself a walking/running challenge for November.
I hope you will join me in walking and/or running at least 20 miles this month! I am going with 20 miles because that gives me plenty of time to walk/run 5 miles each week, while still doing other types of workouts — spinning, swimming and SOL dance are three that I want to bring back into rotation.
It’s been a while since I injured my back, but since then I have only worked out at maximum three times each week. I am hoping this #november20 challenge will push me to walk during lunchtime again, get out of bed early for sunrise runs and just bring more #stellarmiles back in my life!
