This month, I participated in #bloglikecrazy, a challenge from See Jane Write founder Javacia to post on your blog every. single. day.
And I succeeded!
For the second year in a row, I posted new thoughts, lessons and lots of fashion tips every day for 30 days, and I had a blast doing it!
Thanks to Javacia for the inspiration to #bloglikecrazy. It helped me be more creative, manage my time and carve out a little space for me. I needed that!
Here are my favorite posts from November:
My favorite fashion post was definitely Holiday & Winter Inspiration At Torrid — a recap of my shopping trip with my friend Sherri. I loved going shopping with her, and I was so pleased to learn that I had helped her not only find some great clothes, but also enjoy the chore that shopping can be at times. In fact, this trip inspired me so much that the idea of branching out and helping others enhance their own personal style is really growing on me … more on that to come in the coming months!
While it was a short post, when I wrote Confidence On The Side, I really wanted to convey my desire for this blog to be about more than just fashion and fitness. More than exercise plans or eating healthfully or the latest trends. I want this blog to be about building confidence and believing in yourself enough to work on your own self-esteem. I was happy to learn that many of you do get that from this blog, and that means more to me than you’ll ever know!
After I worked with Amy Gorin, MS, RDN, on the post FAQ On Nutrition, I knew this would be a template for other future posts. Reaching out to experts in the health, fitness and nutrition field and getting advice for tough questions, or recommendations for ways to help us all become healthier, is something I intend to do more of in 2016. Look for more of these posts soon, and if you have any questions that you’d like to get expert advice on, simply ask me in the comments or email me privately at stellarfashionandfitness[at]gmail.com.
Thanks for following along with me this November for #bloglikecrazy! Y’all mean so much to me, and I thank you for your support!
